This is a data sheet for a BigToys option...

BigToys - materials would be recycled steel and recycled plastics -
BigToys is on State Contract as an Environmentally Preferred Vendor. If
you purchase thru State Contract (which is easy and is essentially
paperless) - BigToys takes 5% off the materials - we then match that
amount from our end - giving you a 10% discount in total. If you elect
to use State Contract, please note that we need to re-issue the quote -
as it requires the manufacturer to provide final quotes.

A color 3-D rendering is in the works - hope to have that to you early
next week. (Actually it is below with a new note-Bill)


2-D site sketch has ages 2-5 items towards the bottom and ages 5-12
towards the top.

Attached is the Environmental Statement.

I forgot to include a statement for installation - while we do have to
see the site 1st - estimate 30% of the delivered price for labor....so
somewhere around 30k - 32k for labor.

Here are the color 3-D renderings for BigToys - please note we selected
the NATURAL color these----we have several other color options - so
there are plenty of choices....

Keep in mind BigToys is on State Contract as an environmentally
preferred vendor - we can get you state contract pricing....

I know you are not in over the summer - I will make a note to touch base
with you in a few weeks via email - but my all means please contact us
if you'd like to arrange a presentation, site visit...

Natural Play Space Option:
This is a rendition of a natural play space - very involved - and the
site plan shows a separation.

Rocks n Ropes is quite new to this area - and the manufacturer is
seeking a signature playground we can have as a reference - hence - the
absolutely largest price discount I have ever seen...

FYI - this is not the same style of rock everyone else has - these are
the real deal - solid. The others are Styrofoam filled - with an inch
or so of spray concrete....please note this layout weighs 51 tons.

We still have to address installation - but can't give you a number
until we see the site to determine access - we need to be ale to get a
crane to the site as well as a tractor trailer

Estimate around 30% of the pre-discounted, delivered price as a general
guide....estimating around 45k -50k for labor
